In accordance with the terms of the Arrangement, Robinhood indirectly acquired all of the issued and outstanding common shares in the capital of WonderFi (the "Shares") for C$0.36 in cash per Share, representing a total equity value of approximately C$250 million on a fully diluted basis.

Canadian regulators have approved Robinhood's bid to acquire digital asset products and services company WonderFi. The Toronto-based WonderFi announced Monday (May 25) that the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO) had approved the deal, which Robinhood has said will help deepen its capacity to offer programmable finance products.
