It holds a mineral property option agreement to acquire 100% interests in 9 mining claim units covering approximately 2,725 hectares located in the northeast of the Campbell River in the Vancouver Mining Division of British Columbia. The company was formerly known as Panorama Petroleum Inc. and changed its name to Stamper Oil & Gas Corp. in April 2017. Stamper Oil & Gas Corp. was incorporated in 1984 and is based in Vancouver, Canada.
