MENLO PARK, Calif., March 17, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Today, Robinhood Ventures Fund I (NYSE: RVI) announced it has closed investments in Stripe and ElevenLabs. Robinhood Ventures Fund I, which is the first fund from Robinhood Ventures, began trading on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) on March 6, 2026 under the symbol RVI.
Robinhood has launched a venture-focused closed-end fund, Robinhood Ventures Fund I (RVI), marking its expansion into asset management. A new credit product was also launched. The CEF is highly concentrated, with Databricks (23.34%), Revolut (14.30%), and Mercor (14.23%) as its largest holdings. RVI maintains a notably high 20% cash position Valuation concerns arise around Revolut, given the fintech peers' sharp public market declines on recent public debuts, making its $75 billion valuation appear stretched.
MENLO PARK, Calif., March 06, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Today, Robinhood Ventures Fund I (RVI) announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 12,615,608 common shares of beneficial interest at an initial public offering price of $25.00 per share, bringing the total size of the Fund to $658.4 million (or up to $705.7 million if the underwriter's option to purchase additional common shares is exercised in full.
