Manning & Napier Target 2020 Series Class I

The investment seeks to provide long-term capital growth and to moderate volatility consistent with its current asset allocation. The fund invests in a combination of underlying funds according to a target asset allocation strategy. These underlying funds will pursue asset allocation strategies, and will invest in a combination of equity, fixed income and cash investments. The fund may also invest directly in equity and fixed income securities and cash equivalents, including money market securities.
