Spectral Medical Inc., together with its associated companies, specializes in the invention and commercialization of therapeutic solutions for septic shock and kidney disease across North America. The firm offers the Endotoxin Activity Assay, a swift in-vitro diagnostic tool designed to detect elements of gram-negative bacterial cell walls. It also provides Polymyxin B Hemoperfusion, a therapeutic device engineered to cleanse endotoxins from the bloodstream.
