(CSE: PRME) (“Prime” or the “Company”) announces a non-brokered private placement (the “Private Placement”) of a minimum of 10 units (each, a “Unit”) and a maximum of 16 Units at a price of $250,000 per Unit, for minimum and maximum gross proceeds of $2,500,000 and $4,000,000, respectively.
