Q1 2026 Highlights Sales of $1,125 million (compared with $1,197 million in Q4 2025 and $1,154 million in Q1 2025); Operating income of $81 million (compared with $76 million in Q4 2025 and $50 million in Q1 2025); Net earnings per common share of $0.38 (compared with $0.37 in Q4 2025 and $0.07 in Q1 2025); Adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA (A)1) of $118 million (compared with $155 million in Q4 2025 and $125 million in Q1 2025); Adjusted net earnings per common share1 of $0.07 (compared with $0.40 in Q4 2025 and $0.13 in Q1 2025); Net debt1 of $1,901 million as of March 31, 2026 (compared with $1,896 million as of December 31, 2025).
