Bridgestone faces macro headwinds, flat sales, and margin pressures, but cost optimization supports a contrarian buy rating. 2025 results showed flat sales at ¥4.4 trillion, with premium tire focus and factory closures offsetting sluggish demand and tariffs. 2026 guidance anticipates 2% sales growth, 4% profit increase, and margin expansion, driven by premium segments and cost reductions despite oil-linked input risks.
