(“Bombardier”) today announced that it has issued a conditional notice of redemption (the “Notice of Redemption”) for all of its outstanding 7.50% Senior Notes due 2029, in an aggregate principal amount of US$750,000,000 (the “2029 Notes”). As set forth in the Notice of Redemption, the redemption date is May 19, 2026, and the redemption price for the 2029 Notes is 103.750% of the principal amount redeemed, plus accrued and unpaid interest. The redemption of the 2029 Notes is subject to and conditioned upon Bombardier completing a new offering of debt securities in the aggregate principal amount of not less than US$500,000,000 before the May 19, 2026 redemption date (the “New Notes”); however, Bombardier may delay or waive this condition in its sole and absolute discretion.
