(TSXV: AVCR) (the "Company" or “Avricore”) announces a non-brokered private placement of up to 25,000,000 units ("Units") at a price of $0.05 per unit for gross proceeds of $1,250,000. (the "Private Placement"). The proceeds will be used to expand the Company's HealthTab™ network and for general working capital purposes.

During an initial one-month pilot of HbA1c testing for diabetes screening, the Company completed 2,295 HbA1c tests across 57 locations, achieving a monthly per-location average 10 times higher than previously achieved in Canada.
