SolGold Plc is a company focused on discovering and advancing mineral properties across Ecuador, Australia, and the Solomon Islands. Its primary exploration activities target deposits rich in copper, gold, silver, and molybdenum. The company's flagship asset is the Alpala project, a site covering approximately 50 square kilometers within the Imbabura province of Northern Ecuador. Originally incorporated as Solomon Gold plc in 2005, the company adopted its current name, SolGold plc, in May 2012. It maintains its corporate headquarters in Brisbane, Australia.
