Rise Gold Corp. engages in mineral exploration ventures throughout the United States. The cornerstone of its operations is a wholly-owned interest in the Idaho-Maryland Gold Mine property. This valuable asset encompasses approximately 175 surface acres and an additional 2,800 acres of associated mineral rights, strategically situated within the Grass Valley area of Nevada County, northern California. The company, which was incorporated in 2007, was previously known as Rise Resources Inc. before adopting its current name, Rise Gold Corp., in April 2017.
