Based in Vancouver, Canada, Phenom Resources Corp. was founded in 2006 and is involved in the procurement, prospecting, assessment, and advancement of mineral resources throughout Canada and the United States. The company maintains an exclusive right to fully acquire the Carlin gold-vanadium venture and the Section 22 site, both located within Nevada's Elko County. Furthermore, it holds interests in the West Jerome copper deposit situated in Arizona. Known as First Vanadium Corp. until its rebranding in July 2021, the firm now operates under its present name.
