Philogen S.p.A. is a biotechnology firm dedicated to creating therapeutic agents for cancer and persistent inflammatory conditions. Among its pipeline, Nidlegy is being developed as an intralesional therapy for localized melanoma and non-melanoma skin cancers, combining the immunocytokines L19IL2 and L19TNF. Another key product is Fibromun, a human immunomodulatory agent composed of the L19 antibody and TNF, aimed at treating soft tissue sarcoma, leiomyosarcoma, and glioma.
