The Fund employs a passive management (or “indexing”) approach, investing in a diversified portfolio of U.S. dollar-denominated, high yield, fixed-rate corporate bonds. The fund seeks to track the investment results, before fees and expenses, of the ICE BofA BB-B U.S. Cash Pay High Yield Constrained Index.
