Century Lithium Corp. is primarily involved in the acquisition, exploration, assessment, and advancement of mineral resource properties across the United States, with its main focus being lithium. The company maintains full ownership (100% interest) of several key assets in Nevada, including the Clayton Valley project, the Dean lithium property, and the Glory lithium property, all situated within the Clayton Valley area. It also holds a 100% interest in the Gunman Project, located in Nevada's White Pine Claims, and has an interest in the Enertopia Project. Formed in 1991, the company, headquartered in Vancouver, Canada, operated as Cypress Development Corp. until January 2023, when it officially adopted its current name, Century Lithium Corp.
