Kinovo plc, established in 2014 and based in London, United Kingdom, provides a wide array of gas heating, electrical, and general building services. The Building Services division encompasses extensive internal and external building maintenance, refurbishment, and conversion projects. This includes residential and commercial plumbing, electrical design and planning, plastering, tiling, bathroom and window replacements, groundwork, carpentry, painting, decorating, and roofing, as well as specialized living solutions. Kinovo's Electrical Services segment offers a broad spectrum of solutions, from fundamental power infrastructure like lateral mains, bus bar systems, general lighting, and small power installations, to advanced security and safety systems such as emergency lighting, fire alarms, security alarms, CCTV, and door entry systems. It also handles lightning protection, building management control systems, network and data cabling, control panel work, comprehensive rewires, and photovoltaic (PV) installations. This segment further delivers planned preventative and reactive maintenance, rigorous testing and commissioning, emergency repairs, portable appliance testing (PAT), and modifications or relocations of existing electrical facilities. Finally, the Gas Maintenance segment specializes in comprehensive gas heating and appliance services, including routine servicing, repairs, fault diagnosis, system upgrades, meter connections, central heating system installations, and the fitting of boilers and cookers.
