Canter Resources Corp. is an early-stage company dedicated to exploring and assessing mineral resources, primarily in Canada and the United States. In Canada, the company holds options to acquire a 60% interest in two key properties: the Puzzle Lake property, which includes six mineral claims in northeastern Saskatchewan, and the Schotts Lake property in northwestern Saskatchewan. Its U.S. interests include a stake in the Beaver Creek property in Montana, the Columbus Lithium-Boron property in Nevada, and an option for a 60% interest in the Railroad Valley Lithium-Boron Project, also located in Nevada. Established in 2018 and headquartered in Vancouver, Canada, the company was formerly known as Canter Capital Corp. before adopting its current name in November 2021.
