The fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets, in Core tier companies or companies that derive a majority of their revenues or profits from, or invest a majority of their assets in, technologies for marine or ocean decarbonization. The index tracks the performance of the equity securities of a diversified set of global companies that develop technologies, manufacture equipment or provide services related to marine or ocean decarbonization. It is non-diversified.
