BiON plc

BiON plc currently conducts minimal business operations. Historically, the company was actively involved in several ventures, including research and development. Its past services encompassed providing expert engineering consulting and process design, particularly within the fields of industrial biotechnology, environmental pollution management, and sustainable energy solutions. Furthermore, it undertook the engineering, procurement, and construction of wastewater treatment systems and managed the full lifecycle of biogas power plants, from their initial development and commercialization to their ongoing operation and maintenance. The company adopted its present name, BiON plc, in May 2020, having previously been known as Green & Smart Holdings plc. Its corporate headquarters are located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
