Nextech3D.ai's Krafty Labs unit achieves profitability in first month post-acquisition

Nextech3D.AI (CSE:NTAR, OTCQX:NEXCF, FRA:1SS) announced that a recently acquired division Krafty Labs reached profitability in its first full month under company ownership, as the firm pointed to improving margins and reiterated its expectation of achieving cash-flow positive operations in 2026. The company said Krafty Labs, which it acquired in January 2026, generated approximately $130,000 in revenue in February, with a gross margin of 66% and a net margin of about 55%.
