Net income attributable to Prudential Financial, Inc. of $597 million or $1.68 per Common share versus net income of $707 million or $1.96 per share for the year-ago quarter. After-tax adjusted operating income of $1.278 billion or $3.61 per Common share versus $1.188 billion or $3.29 per share for the year-ago quarter.
