("Rhinebeck Bancorp") (NASDAQ:RBKB), the holding company for Rhinebeck Bank (the "Bank"), announced that Rhinebeck Bancorp has commenced its stock offering in connection with the proposed "second-step" conversion of Rhinebeck Bancorp, MHC from the mutual holding company to the stock holding company form of organization.
