IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- #BofA--American Healthcare REIT, Inc. (NYSE: AHR; the “Company”) announced today the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 14,000,000 shares of its common stock, all of which are being offered in connection with the forward sale agreement described below. The aggregate gross proceeds to the Company from the offering, before deducting estimated offering expenses, are expected to be approximately $705.6 million.
