Highway 50 Gold Completes Upsized Non-Brokered Private Placement of Units

(TSXV: HWY) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that further to its press releases dated Febraury 18, 2026, February 23, 2026 and March 11, 2026, the Company has completed its upsized non-brokered private placement (the "Offering"), raising gross proceeds of $2,414,000 in the Offering via the issuance of up to 6,035,000 units (each, a "Unit") of the Company at a purchase price of $0.40 per Unit. Each Unit consists of one common share of the Company and one common share purchase warrant (a "Warrant").
