Golden Lake Announces Closing Date of April 30, 2026 for Arrangement with McEwen Inc.

("Golden Lake" or the "Company") (CSE:GLM)(OTC PINK:GOLXF) is pleased to announce that, further to its news release dated January 28, 2026, the Company and McEwen Inc. (NYSE: MUX) (TSX: MUX) ("McEwen") have set the closing date for the statutory plan of arrangement (the "Arrangement") under the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia) pursuant to which McEwen will acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of the Company as April 30, 2026 (the "Closing Date"). Under the terms of the Arrangement, each Golden Lake common share (a "Golden Lake Share") would entitle its holder to receive (the "Exchange Ratio") 0.003876 McEwen common shares (each, a "McEwen Share") on the Closing Date.
