U.S. Global Investors to restate March quarter EPS

U.S. Global Investors (NASDAQ:GROW) announced that it plans to restate earnings per share (EPS) figures for the three-month and nine-month periods ended March 31, 2026, after identifying an error in the calculation of weighted average shares outstanding.
