(Nasdaq: SELX) (the "Company") today announced that, on May 19, 2026, the Company received a Staff Determination Letter (the “Staff Determination Letter”) from the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC ("Nasdaq") dated May 15, 2026, notifying the Company that Nasdaq has determined to delist the Company's securities from The Nasdaq Capital Market unless the Company timely requests a hearing before the Nasdaq Hearings Panel.
