Vortex Metals Announces Further Extension of Non-Brokered Private Placement

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - May 20, 2026) - Vortex Metals Inc. (TSXV: VMS) (FSE: DM8) (OTCQB: VMSSF) ("Vortex" or the "Company") announces that, further to its news releases dated March 9, 2026, April 8, 2026 and April 16, 2026, the Company has applied to the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV") for a further price protection extension to May 30, 2026 to complete the second tranche of its previously announced non-brokered private placement of units of the Company (the "Units") at a price of $0.05 per Unit (the "Second Tranche"). The Company intends to complete the Second Tranche within the next week and a half.
