Cencora Appoints Eva Boratto as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Boratto has been appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective June 29, 2026. Ms. Boratto succeeds James F. Cleary, who will be retiring from his role as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer as previously announced.
