Quanta Services Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend

HOUSTON, March 20, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Quanta Services, Inc. (NYSE: PWR) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend to stockholders of $0.11 per share, or a rate of $0.44 per share on an annualized basis. The dividend is payable on April 10, 2026, to stockholders of record as of April 2, 2026.
