Annual General Meeting 2026 Resolutions

Amsterdam, April 15, 2026 SBM Offshore is pleased to announce that all resolutions were adopted as proposed during the Annual General Meeting of April 15, 2026. The adopted resolutions include the re-appointment of Øivind Tangen (Chief Executive Officer) as member of the Management Board, as well as the re-appointment of Roeland Baan (Supervisory Board Chair) as member of the Supervisory Board.
