Telecom Italia names Goldman Sachs, Evercore as advisers on Poste bid, sources say

Telecom Italia (TIM) ​has named Goldman ‌Sachs and Evercore as ​advisers to ​assist in the ⁠review of ​state-backed conglomerate ​Poste Italiane's cash-and-share offer to take ​the ​phone group private, two ‌sources ⁠familiar with the matter said.
