Invesco Mortgage Capital Names Kevin Collins Chief Executive Officer and David Lyle President

(the "Company") (NYSE: IVR) today announced that President Kevin Collins will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer, effective May 1, 2026. Mr. Collins will succeed John Anzalone, who is retiring from the Company effective April 30 after an impactful nine-year tenure as CEO.
