Oracle Commodity Holding Increases Non-Brokered Private Placement to $300,000

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - March 13, 2026) - Oracle Commodity Holding Corp. (TSXV: ORCL) (OTCQB: ORLCF) ("Oracle" or the "Company") announces that it has increased the size of its non-brokered private placement financing previously announced on March 12, 2026, to an aggregate of up to 6,000,000 units (the "Units"), at a price of $0.05 per Unit for gross proceeds of up to $300,000 (the "Private Placement"), subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange. Each Unit consists of one common share (each, a "Share") and one transferable common share purchase warrant (each, a "Warrant") of the Company.
