(TSXV: SBMI) (OTCQB: SBMCF) ("SBMI" or "the Company") is pleased to provide an update concerning the acquisition of mining equipment for its various mines. On March 2, 2026 SBMI announced it had entered into a five-year agreement with Ocean Partners US Inc. ("Ocean Partners") whereby SBMI would supply high grade mineralized material and concentrates to Ocean Partners.
