UniCredit flags risk of losing key staff, clients in a Commerzbank tie-up

Italian bank UniCredit said the uncertainty arising from an integration with Commerzbank could cause employees "with fundamental institutional knowledge" ​to leave, potentially leading to client loss for ‌both lenders.
