Trust Stamp acquires Lexverify, takes stake in Cyberfish to expand cybersecurity capabilities

Trust Stamp Inc (NASDAQ:IDAI, ISE:AIID), the AI-powered identity and security firm, said on Tuesday it had completed two acquisitions aimed at strengthening its cybersecurity and risk-management technology offerings. The company said it acquired 100% of the outstanding share capital of Lexverify Ltd in February 2026, and subscribed for a 50% ownership stake in Cyberfish CyberPsychology Solutions Ltd just this week.
