German cartel office approves Rheinmetall subsidiary, OHB satellite joint venture

Rheinmetall Digital and German satellite ​maker OHB are ‌permitted to establish a joint venture to handle ​a future procurement ​contract from the German ⁠armed forces, the ​German cartel office said ​on Thursday.
