(TSX: SEA) (NYSE: SA) ("Seabridge" or the "Company") today provided the voting results of its special meeting of shareholders held on May 22, 2026. A total of 62,829,369 common shares were represented at the meeting, representing 58.51% of the issued and outstanding common shares of the Company on the record date for the meeting.
