Bravada Adopts Semi-Annual Reporting

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - June 5, 2026) - Bravada Gold Corporation (TSXV: BVA) (FSE: BRTN) ("Bravada" or the "Company") announces that it has adopted semi-annual financial reporting ("SAR") pursuant to the British Columbia Securities Commission Coordinated Blanket Order 51-933 Exemptions to Permit Semi-Annual Reporting for Certain Venture Issuers (the "Blanket Order"). The Blanket Order allows eligible venture issuers to voluntarily move from a quarterly to a semi-annual financial reporting framework.
