Tire giant Pirelli vows legal action as short seller alleges ‘close relationship' with Russia

Pirelli said it had instructed lawyers to take legal action after Grizzly Research published a report on Thursday. Grizzly claims Pirelli derives more profits from its Russian operations than its public disclosures suggest.
