(TSXV: BEM) ("BEM" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the engagement of Qualified Person geologist Carlos Henrique Lourenço Bastos to supervise work programs and prepare an independent National Instrument 43-101 ("NI 43-101") Technical Report for the Capela Gold Project, located in the municipality of Pintadas, State of Bahia, Brazil. The report will consolidate geological information from exploration permit ANM 871.883/2023 and will be prepared in accordance with Canadian regulatory standards.
