MIAMI, March 20, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Carnival plc announced today its intention to voluntarily delist its 1.000% Senior Unsecured Notes due 2029 (the "Notes") from the New York Stock Exchange (the "NYSE"). In addition, Carnival Corporation announced today its intention to delist its 7.875% Debentures due 2027 (the "Debentures") from the Official List of the UK Financial Conduct Authority (the "FCA") and the London Stock Exchange (the "LSE").
