Bouygues: Press release regarding formalities for obtaining or consulting documents in preparation for the Combined Annual General Meeting

The Notice of Meeting, published in the Balo (Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires) on Monday 9 March 2026 (No. 29), contains the draft resolutions, as well as the description of the principal arrangements for participating in and voting at the Annual General Meeting. The Convening Notice, setting out the agenda and containing useful information about the arrangements for holding and attending said meeting, will be published in the Balo (Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires) and in a legal gazette within the time limits laid down by the applicable laws and regulations.
