Captivision Announces Nasdaq Global Markets Delisting to OTC

MIAMI, April 08, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Captivision Inc. (“Captivision” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: CAPT), announced today that on April 7, 2026, the Company received a notice from the Nasdaq Hearings Panel (the “Panel”) that the Panel has determined to delist the ordinary shares of Captivision Inc. from The Nasdaq Global Market (“Nasdaq”) due to the Company's failure to meet the deadline imposed in the Panel's December 31, 2025 decision (the “Decision”). The Company had been granted an extension period by the end of which the Company was to complete the audit of its financial statements for the year ending 2024 and file the related Form 20-F Annual Report with the Securities and Exchange Commission to regain compliance with Nasdaq's periodic filing rule.
