MECHANICSBURG, Pa., June 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Pennsylvania American Water, a subsidiary of American Water Works Company, Inc. (NYSE: AWK), the largest regulated water and wastewater utility company in the U.S. announced today the completion of its acquisition of Community Utilities of Pennsylvania's three water and three wastewater systems in Pennsylvania from Nexus Regulated Utilities, LLC, a subsidiary of Nexus Water Group, Inc. ("Nexus Water Group").
