(NASDAQ: ZENA) (FSE: 49Q) (BMV: ZENA) ("ZenaTech"), a technology solution provider specializing in AI (Artificial Intelligence) drone, Drone as a Service (DaaS), enterprise SaaS, and Quantum Computing solutions, announces that effective May 1, 2026, it has acquired an additional of 937,477 common shares of Route1 Inc. (the "Issuer") at $0.10 per share over the TSX Venture Exchange representing approximately 2% of the outstanding common shares of the Issuer. As a result, the acquiror now owns approximately 5,625,975 common shares of the issuer representing approximately 12% of the issued and outstanding common shares of the Issuer.
