Standard Uranium Announces Closing of LIFE Offering

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - May 19, 2026) - Standard Uranium Ltd. (TSXV: STND) (OTCQB: STTDF) (FSE: 9SU0) ("Standard Uranium" or the "Company") has closed its previously announced offering (the "Offering") under the listed issuer financing exemption under Part 5A of National Instrument 45-106 - Prospectus Exemptions, as amended by CSA Coordinated Blanket Order 45-935 - Exemptions from Certain Conditions of the Listed Issuer Financing Exemption (the "Listed Issuer Financing Exemption") and has issued 9,000,000 units (each, an "Unit") at a price of $0.10 per Unit.
