("Heartnut"), a wholly‑owned subsidiary of the Company, intends to make a voluntary assignment in bankruptcy pursuant to the provisions of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (Canada). Albert Gelman Inc. is the trustee (the "Trustee") to be appointed to administer Heartnut's bankrupt estate.
